5-year cash flow, EPS and sales growth of 15% or more
Projected 3-5-year annual total return of at least 15%
Projected annual 5-year EPS growth of 7% and above
Return on shareholders’ equity of 15% and above
Earnings Predictability of at least 80
Financial Strength rating of B++ and higher
