We’re hoping for the best with BetterInvesting’s YouTube video “What Is a Stock?”
But how does any educational video ever compete with the eye-popping cuteness of “Cat mom hugs baby kitten” and “Our three Guinea pigs fighting for a cucumber”?
“What Is a Stock?” does offer a basic introduction to investing, including dividends and shareholders’ meetings.
BetterInvesting also has available a variety of on-demand webinars for purchase at its website. Prices are $12 for members, $18 for nonmembers. Subjects include maintaining a watchlist of future buys and estimating a stock’s earnings per share.
By the way, BetterInvesting hasn’t yet choreographed a dance to accompany its YouTube video, but confidentially, the word is — that won’t be happening.
